John Michael Holtmann is a Partner and Principal with Concord Companies where he leads the brokerage and retail divisions of the company.

Together with partners, he has successfully led the acquisition and development approximately 600,000 square feet of retail properties valued at over $80 million. Some notable projects include: co-developing Crawford Farms ($20 million) in Madison, MS which is home to Academy Sports, Hobby Lobby and Chicken Salad Chick; the acquisition and reposition of Bluebonnet Village ($16 million) in Baton Rouge, LA and the redevelopment of Crossgates Shopping Center ($8 million) in Rankin County MS.

John Michael is active in the local community where he and a partner endowed the first ever real estate scholarship at Jackson State University and he currently serves on the Advisory Board for Origin Bank (Nasdaq: OBNK)
