Breck is a Partner and Principal at Concord Companies, where he leads the acquisitions, development and financing divisions of the company. Breck’s career began with Parkway Properties, an NYSE-traded office REIT, where he gained invaluable experience as an Acquisition Analyst and then an Asset Manager. In 2005, Breck joined Ted as Principal and since that time, together with their equity partners, have acquired over $90 million and developed over $145 million of commercial properties, including the mixed-use development The District at Eastover.  In addition, Breck has led build-to-suit developments for users such as Bayer, PriorityOne Bank, APAC Paving, and Guaranty Bank & Trust.  As a commercial broker, Breck represents select clients and has closed $255 million in leasing and brokerage transactions.

Breck also serves as a Director for PriorityOne Bank, a $1.1 billion community bank headquartered in Mississippi. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
